It's replaceable and adjustable, should be one out there somewhere, I have no junk yard plans just now, hopefully I'll remember the next time Tom and I go .
As far as the engine shutoff valve under the dashboard, I'm betting simply swapping the hoses where they attach to the back of the key switch will fix you right up ~ it's supposed to be open when the key is in the off position .
