Hi Mark ;
I just get used ones from junk yard but I have looked at them and there's an adjustable 6MM contact screw that's locked with a 10MM ATF nut ~ I keep telling my self I'll take one apart and try to polish up the end of that screw just because it's the most likely failure point and if the relay's dead anyway......
I just have so much going on I always end up tossing the dead relay in the recycle bin .
It's easy to test, use a static test light .

My email is being blocked by Charter. I've been out of communication for almost a week. They are quick with the bills, but not the help.
I got the tie rods on last night. The next big problem is figuring out why I get no glow plugs most of the time. Three, sometimes four turns of the key and they finally come on most of the time. I should look for a signal to the relay. If that's not it, then the relay is wonky.
The metal relays are pricey. Does anyone have luck fixing them?
