Nate, et al - x2 on the drive belts. Use the metric ones that were designed for the car, as the SAE version
will not ride correct in the groove. And this will not transmit the torque,

In my limited experience it seems that using good quality German made V-Belts of the *exact* size, is the key .
Hopefully everyone here knows the importance of occasionally looking at the -inside- of your various V-Belts with a flashlight and if any cracks are seen, buy new ones straightaway, save the old ones in the trunk for emergency use .
