My thought on the manual pump was a slow leak while sitting. I would also agree with mark to check the rubber line at the tank. BTW, that crimp clamp can be cut off with a dremel or similar tool to remove the rubber hose from the barbed nipple, reusing the tank strainer. Anyway since it started, there was enough fuel for the IP to pop the injectors a few times. Compression was good and it ran. So I still say air. Oh! Are you SURE there is fuel in the tank. My 240 sender stuck twice on me showing fuel, but it was dry. Fuel in clear prefilter? If yes, even a leaking hand pump may move some .
