Water pumps are easy compared to seeing electrons.
If the water pump is frozen, the pulley stops; the belt does what it wants too at this point of stress.
Grab the water pump pulley and try to turn it. If it turns, does make noise or do you feel friction like the bearing inside is worn out.
Is the pulley shaft loose in the pump or can you pull in and out of the housing even a little bit? Bill in
