You didn't describe the noise but I'd shoot some Motocycle Chain Lube into the open ball joint and try it again ~ I bet the joint has gone dry and is groaning / squeaking as it unloads and loads the suspension . If not that , try spraying Aerosol Silicone lube into the various rubber bushings , if that quiets it for a moment , consider a front end rebuild .
