It is coming from the main seal.  Also, I have oil sitting on top of the air cleaner.  I keep wiping it off and there it is again.  I haven't tried the cap thing. I can do that today.

Where is the oil coming out?  Is it blowby coming out the breather or oil filler cap?  Main seal leak?  What happens if you do the oil cap loosening and removal test while the engine is running?  Does the cap move at all, dance around as blow by gasses try to push it off, or does it just fly right off?
