Maybe not, but Gorilla (super duper) tape does. I have a roll in my trunk now and it looks "Superior."

While doing new motor mounts and checking fuel lines last night I noticed my
split boot is just about gone.  I'm considering using packing tape for temp
fix.  I put these on a looooong time ago.  Is there any thing out there better
than a pressure fit?  Lawrence Rhodes.....
