I don't have my FSM handy but yes , all the linkage rods have specific lengths and are clearly detailed in there . maybe someone could post a PDF File on the home page ? .

After I put the idle back and fiddled with the linkage a little, the power got better, but it doesn't hold its speed on cruise control anymore, and it might get stuck going terribly slow (15 mph) up a hill if I come up to a traffic going up hill but then don't have to stop. The RPMs just won't go up, even with the pedal floored (there is no kickdown switch), and downshifting doesn't help.
