That's why I'm waiting for the 'Update Manager' upgrade. I did that for 10.10 and avoided all the hassle others reported having jumped the gun. I am very pleased with 10.10, everything just works. On MS my grandson has a very powerful computer which is so full of crap you'd think it was steam driven, he can't even play simple games on it anymore.

11.4 is out right now, I upgraded my 11.3 with it and all was fine, but then came about 30 bug fixes, one of which did something unfortunate to my MBR, which I'm still trying to fix...

That might have been true with the 7's and 8's distros but the newer versions are very intuitive - it will be interesting to see the new 11.04 any day now.._,___
