Yeah....I took out my washer/dryer, plugged the discharge pipe, and shut off the water lines. Then I put in some roll out shelves and converted the space to a communications/printer center. The very bottom roll out shelf provides additional pantry space so I don't have to keep heavy canned goods in the over head cabinets.
