Sorry about my spelling this morning I was trying to do it with the speech recognition and that didnt work out too well.
The passenger side is the worst.
I was hoping to find a doner body and use Mr.Sazall
I have seen the different layers and have started to make it but the curve down towards the trunk is impossible for me to get right. Its brazed together right there also.

I'm curious as my '84 300CD has this too and it's spreading .
You need to find a competent body shop to address this, there's several layers of double wall construction under neath the window opening making it tricky to properly repair .

My 300CD has rust along the rear window sill. It was biding under the rubber gasket for the glass around the bottom corners.
Looks to be a out 3 layers of steel in that area. It's only rusty around the glass lip area, holes about 3/4 inch and the rubber support lip is damaged.
The SD has a different body design correct? I was thinking maybe a doner car to cut out a 12 inch section from that area. I believe the CD body style is different in that area between the rear window and the trunk correct? Any ideas here for me.
