'82 240D slushbox, A/C & Biobor used,still some crud in the clear plastic fuel intake screen, low fuel lamp on @ 382 miles, ran out of fuel @ 493 miles getting off the freeway, coasted to a shady parking spot out of traffic , changed the clear intake screen, added a gallon of fuel and filled up a few blocks away 25MPG .
'84 300TD greymarket wagon, slushbox, A/C & Biobor used, slight amount of crud in the intake screen, changed it and filled up, 16 MPG .
Both cars are running very well, no smoke, plenty of power .
I filled up both with Dino Diesel this time, hopefully the mileage will increase .
