Sooty black magic I'd say. If it's supplying fuel at the same, but reliable, pressure through the same injectors where do you get the extra power from? If they had said 4-5hp (bhp) that would sound more reasonable, just by being new and accurate. MPG figures? They say with the pump adjustments at the low end. Perhaps they can supply before and after dyno run charts, proper ones not just a drawing.
Money back if you don't get at least 40hp more? What would that give you? 20% of your 0-60 and 20% on your top speed?
