Dont know about adapter. If you hAVE a chainsaw with a greaseable tip you get a little hand held grease gun with a needle tip. Squirts right in the door hinges. Max

I also figured out I can mark the front of the torque converter with a marker so next time it will be easier. Greased the doors. A needle grease gun for a chainsaw bar tip works great. Max
