Re: [diesel_mercedes] Re: Elder Driving

We have a friend of ours in Kentucky who is that way, the most annoying backseat driver ever! She is always telling her daughter  get over, follow that blue car, and screaming and going crazy when she thinks we are anywhere close to hitting another car or missing a turn. The daughter is a competent driver. Next month, they are going to be coming to visit us, so it will be interesting how things go when she doesn't know where we are going so her mom  will be unfamiliar with the roads. If I could drive, I would take her on a white knuckle twisty mountain road drive in the convertible.

I hate to drive at night with my wife - because she thinks she sees better than me and makes noises like "watch out, don't you see that man" and so on. Matter of fact, I don't like driving with her at all anymore. It is like having a DMV driving test every time I do.
