[diesel_mercedes] Re: Just do the math. OFF TOP

Below are the specifications of a vehicle that can indeed produce more energy than it uses. It is not a pipe dream. It is a vehicle, when you get it, which you will love as much or more than our beloved w123. The previous Stella made the trip from LA to San Francisco easily in one charge going North..against the wind up route 1 and 101 to show their vehicle at the Dutch Consulate in San Francisco. For the time being you will have to build this one yourself..which with the skills you have developed fixing the w123 you could easily build a positive energy vehicle rather that keep the old. I will probably try to get one of the new 200 mile EV's coming out. It's the wave of the future and for those of us of conscience who don't want to breath the waste products of our society electric is the way to go. However you have to embrace it in your own way in your own time. Let your conscience be your guide. I will probably first try a small version based on a tandem recumbent trike. We'll see where it goes from there. BTW I just visited a friend who has a business selling parts for the mid 90's Gold standard Dodges(pre common rail) which are true 1,000,000 mile vehicles. He is not changing anytime soon but he loves driving my Leaf.

I'm not trying to destroy the group. Just educate. Maybe some of you will consider a cheap used electric as the second vehicle. But watch out..it might become your favorite. Lawrence Rhodes
