Went to town today. I saw a super nice coupe, I was thinking a 300sd maybe. Not normal for my small town, never seen it before,  really nice looking car.   I loaded my 240 up with dog food, cat food, cat litter, wine, had a chainsaw in the trunk because we had a roaring windstorm yesterday and you never know when you go down the road, but all I saw was a bear. But anyway when I left town my car was sagging.  Love driving my 240 as long as I'm not driving cross country. Max  PS anyone heard from Tony?

It is getting harder and harder. Methinks all these Ebay guys are paying scroungers to grab things quickly. I think there is a cottage industry that has sprung up. Back in the day, I passed on a pristine 300d engine because I thought they were going to be there forever, and I still dream of the w123 300d I saw the forklift bring into the row and sit down on the posts. I got a few parts, but I should have camped out for a week and stripped it bare.
