Was it you that mentioned the tube at the end of the intake manifold? I'm doing a valve adjustment now. I undid the tube at the manifold and it is relatively clean. My question is where does it go inside the firewall and what does it do?
BTW I live on the East Coast and all you West Coast guys torture me with what's available out there. Around here most of the old time junkyards have found that they can make more money selling dirt than selling metal and the higher end dis-assemblers don't bother with 123s

Lots of other things too but these old Mercedes are going to be scrapped .
