Cheapest fix in a long time. I have had a couple of new door checks ready to go in for many months (rear drivers side in both cars jammed half way). But, been thinking about ways to use my old can of WD40, so this morning I squirted those stuck door checks, and presto - life is good. Don't know how long this fix will last, but I will spray some more if necessary rather than install the new door check (which isn't really that hard a job, but it is harder than spraying).
