I have a recent purchase84 300D automatic.My neighbor has a 84 190D 5 speed.Does anyone know if the 5 speed manual will bolt to the 300D?I know with dodge most bell housings will fit various engines i.e. gas bell housings fit most gas and cummins bell housings fit most most years cummins.These 2 mercedes being of the same year I should think they would mate up with no problem.Anyone know the answer?I also wonder what fuel mileage Increase would be like.Maybe 4, 5 mpg?
