Where is this 240D with a 4 speed? I am wanting to put one in a Jeep YJ - if I can find an engineless YJ cheap.

I have two complete wagons to get rid of, a 80 non turbo and a 81 turbo. Once you chase the rats out the 81 would be fixable but not for me. I'll get rid of them very cheap. Also I would sell both my 240's, the 4 spd. is a sweet car. It had a Mercedes engine installed by a dealer 100K miles ago, 190K now perfect running car. I have all documentation since the car was new, I even have the original purchase order for it. In case anyone is wondering why the engine was replaced at 90K(I sure did) a guy left the oil drain loose at one of those oil change places. One reason I do my own. Max

Thanx Bill ! .I didn't know that .I don't know what he has that I need , I'm one of those who absolutely _HAS_ to " shop " , by looking at the various piles 'o parts . this is why I love Auto Jumbles and Self Service Junkyards , the traditional Junkyards have a morbid fear of allowing anyone to look behind the fence so they routinely scrap out tons of good stuff because " nobody will buy it " .I'm always grabbing brackets, special hardware and those little niggly things that get messed up , damaged or lost over the years .Next Spring when I'm better , I'll be tearing up the local yards with Tom .Yesterday I threw out two sets of slightly curbed 14" hub caps I found that God alone knows why I kept them .-NateBill Wrote :
