I think what I would say is that is was completely original, no rust, no dents, never painted, never accessorized.
In addition I just completed work on the interior that brought that part back to like new condition. 163,000 miles,two owners ect.
I'd take it back in a minute and tell them to keep the money.
Just my thinking...but I'll need to deliver in a couple of days.

What would you say to them in your counter offer? Would you say " It's three times what I paid for the car. Probably more money than I put in it over the last 6 years." And then give them a lesser number?
