Just off the phone with Tom, there is a typo in the part number. it should read:

123-994-01-48

Many Thanks to Tom for the help in sorting this out.

FYI: The 1/2 inch e clips at AutoZone and Adavance Auto parts will clip in, but their outer diameter is to small to hold the washer on.
Dont bother with them as they are also more expensive than the replacment spring clips from Tom. If you do use them, you will most likly get only one close of the hod before they fly off somewhere never to be seen again.
