I received the Uro Parts Combo Switch (signal light, et al, switch) and installed it on my 84 300D W123. Here is my report.
Combo Switch - install directions are a bit misleading. I did NOT have to remove the steering wheel. There are a lot of wires on this switch, but you only need to remove two of them to swap out the switch. Apparently these may be something involving the horn, but who knows. Doesn't really matter. They are obvious and easy enough to remove and reinstall. The pigtail is easy enough to pull out and reinstall new. There is one thing all the instructions I have read have left out -- the cruise control switch. That switch is piggybacked onto the combo switch and its wires go around the combo switch, and are clipped in place with little nylon thingys that are shaped kind of like staples. So in order to get the combo switch out, you have to also unplug the cruise control pigtail and remove the whole rig, then swap the cruise control switch over to the new combo switch, and reinstall that all together. It is a tight fit to remove and reinstall. You have to move the switch arm to its various positions (left/right/forward/backward/etc) during the process to get access to screws etc.
Switch works fine and seems to be good quality. Time will tell.
