That's nice , the idler was dead bang _bad_ ! .
He didn't show what a loose bal joint looks like nor did he show the one loose tie rod end ~ once you see how they look when bad , there's no question .
I know this year I'll need to go into my '84 300CD's front end as I hear the occasional clunk as I take off from a dead stop or turn , both sides do this occasionally ,never at the same time though and rail road track etc. fail to produce the noise .
