Can be disassembled and cleaned.  I keep several switches handy that I have cleaned in my spare time so it is an easy switch out when and if the time comes.

By fiddling with the connectors I got the drivers window to work. The passenger window will work with the switch on the door. Time to get new switches? Can they be sprayed with contact cleaner?
