I only use air if over 90 degrees here.I hate giving my hard earned money to the power company.I painted my garage's metal roof with Kool Seal too.What a difference.On my house I went with two layers of shingles.I did not remove 1st layer.So actually I'm warmer in winter but cooler in summer.
