The first and last ones , are aftermarket add to the return hose things you don't want , EVER .

The others that all look the same ? just buy the cheapest one and use it .

For now , once you ever so carefully wipe the upper & lower resivoirs clean with _ONLY_LINT_FREE_TOWELS_ , you can then drop in a new filter and flush it a bit , then leave it until spring and flush some more , once the fluid remains translucent red and sweet smelling then change the filter again and from there you should be good to go annually .
