Just me, but rebuilding a turbo takes more equipment than I have, I have seen what happens when a turbo comes apart and gets eaten by the monster that lives inside the big lump of iron. It included a muffler full of coolant and oil. I have dealt with a shop near here that specializes in turbo's and injectors, they re-balance the impeller and measure the clearances precisely. Their shop has a clean room for doing the assembly.
Just sayin'

After a series of fits and starts over the course of about 3 months, finally got it done but obviously didn't do it very well. After 300 miles it gave up the ghost. Loud whirring sound then kaput! Not working at all now.
