Problem solved.  I found a 300 TD for 2800 with 241k on it.  Runs ok.  Needs
some work.  Door locks work.  Manual sunroof.  Front fender needs help.  Not
sure weather I got lucky or not but my wife wanted a wagon and now she has one.
