That sounds like the latch controller. An earlier post from a Bounder owner gave the location of his. Either call Bounder tech support of go to the previous post section of this group for his post. Nothing is consistant or logicial with most manufacturers. One other thing you might want to try is to find a known working 12VDC power wire and temporary attach it to the 12VDC wire going into the water pump. Be sure that you cut the wire so that if it is grounded you will not blow a fuse. If the pump then works, the problem will be either the latch controller or the 12VDC feeding it. Also, if you recently up graded to a high flow volumne water pump that is rated at or above the AMP rating of your existing latch controller, you probably damaged it. I can't find the Intellitec controller you're talking about. I see a
'WTR PUMP CTRL (F970002)' before the water pump on my wiring diagram,
but I've looked all over and can't find it. Anyone have an idea where
it's located on a 38V Bounder?
