Not quite ;
Synthetic oils are *vastly* more detergent in nature so they tend to loosen up all the old sludge and crud easily and quickly , this means it gets filtered out much faster as the dirt , spooge & crud , remains in circulation better and modern engines have full flow oil filters , means the oil goes through the filter before it goes anywhere else in the engine .
