Consider having him replace the blown out vacuum actuator or relay so the center vents work as designed ~ when they're right , they really do pass an impressive amount of air , be it cold or hot .

Indeed .

I had a great one , spent the entire day with my Son .

Tom came by Saturday as I was discovering bad brakes and more on my old truck ,he helped me get it fixed and ready for Sunday's all day , two tank fulls of gasoline , Desert Jaunt with my Boy .
