FYI - My sister is an upholster - think couches, chairs, etc. About 10 years ago she too my old ratty armrest out and in 2 hours made me a free brand new cover that still looks good. If I lived in Oregon, I would have her do some seats too. Seems it is duck soup to redo interiors if you know what you are doing (I don't).
