OK. Couldn't remember if I was told white or grey smoke was bad. Kevin kept asking if I had asked.
Now we have to figure why it's running like crud, put two new filters on today, Kevin drove it home...30 miles. He said the fastest he got was going downhill right before our driveway. :(
I had that stupid oil leak under control. Then the oil cooler line had to be replaced.
Lately I see a lot of oil at the bottom of the oil tube running along the turbo. Napa didn't have the seals. I'll have to get them next time I order online.
Also, put in several qts of oil yesterday. Drove 30 miles. Kevin checked it after he changed out the filters. There wasn't but barely a drop showing on the dip stick!
I'm so sick of this car. Hoping that I get the accounting job I interviewed for today. Thinking about parting this car out and share the truck with Kevin until I find a GOOD MB.

1st get the oil leak sorted and then get some miles on the car, before
worrying about the gray smoke.
Later, figure out when you get the gray smoke: all the time, only when
cold, when flooring it, etc.
