I would take it to a glass shop, have new rubber put in, or if you have the tools, you can
do it your self. I have tried Polyeutherane sealant but it did not do that much good. I
park my coach in a carport now. That works when I am home.

For sealing seams the best stuff I know of is EternaBond tape. You can get
it off the internet from roofing supply houses like "Big Rock Supply" where
I got mine. They happen to be the cheapest at the time. There are others
so choose the cheapest. It will take 3, 50 foot rolls, to do a 38 foot MH
with some left over. Not sure if that will do a 40 footer or not.
