O no, I'm good. It was just the cold air was blowing off Tony's glacier and I was going to town, and it was the crack of dAwn and I had my heart set on driving the 240 4-spd, with my sub amp sound system ,my boy hooked up for my, aand my other choice was to drive a 2002 Subaru(uck). I made it, suffered in the Subie, no class and all, it was my first big break down, so I had to get the mileage out of it you know. Max

That is manual window, isn't it. You may can just prop it for a temporary fix. And the real fix should not be hard (a pain in the neck but not too hard).. Good luck.

No way I could drive to town with a stiff wind blowing right off the glacier( I know Tony Knows about this), so I guess I will park the junker in the back 40 with all the other junkers. Crap, I had to drive the Subaru, what a drag. Could ooof been the last time I had to drive the Mercedes. O my, I'm bad, really bad. Max

Go to Goodwill and get a old golf club, best thing for snakes. I carry one on my 4 wheeler for cougars, actually a driver, but for snakes a wedge would be best. Max

[diesel_mercedes] Re: Major breakdown
Ha, Ha, Ho, Ho, I just have to laugh. My brother syyyyyyyyykyped us from Sacramento the other day. I mentioned it was colder than a whitches extremity and we had to light the wood stove. He couldnt believe it(like 90 something there). The day my window malfunctioned it was cold, felt like the wind was blowing right off your glacier, now I know where the cold wind was coming from. You know, cold air is about the only thing you Canadians send us. Max

[diesel_mercedes] Re: Heater with personality.
Sounds like it's that 300 CC system. They all work like that , right? You could get a 240 with a killer manual heater system(ac too), they always work. It's a myth that kids on skateboards pass yoou in a 240. Mine are freaking fast. Max
