I lived there for 17 years. Went to lots of really neat places. Really liked Victoria Beach down in Laguna., also up in the hills there was a place we called Top Of The World, lots of fun. Ever been to Tahquitz Falls? Out by Palm Springs, back in the 60's we hiked in to the place, lots of little swim pools with gorgeous skinny dipping girls all over the place . Then there was Idylwood, which was probably just above that place , beautiful land. Went to Big Bear a lot. It was OK growing up there but dont miss anything about living there. Nate, send me your address again I probably lost it

Colloquially known as " The land Of Fruits, Nuts and Flakes ".
I came here to visit in the Summer of 1969 and was lucky to land here to live in the fall of 1970 .
Say what you want about it, Los Angeles and California in general is a GREAT place to live !.
