Hi Kathy,
Because the water is on the bottom of the tank how will this work? My wife
had one of the neck things but it only sunk after it was saturated with
water or in your case fuel. It wouldn't have any way to absorbed water on
the bottom of the tank. If I'm missing something please educate me.
