I cannot recall the actual program name as I walked into watching it
last night as my wife had it playing.
They featured the Newells that are built for the mega-rich folks. It
was fun to watch and some of those rigs and the "campgrounds" that
they live in made me smile...they were awesome. Just rich Americans
having a blast drinking cocktails and rarely using their kitchens.
It saddens me that it appears that in the long run, unless fuel
economies increase or oil suddenly gets far cheaper, that these will
be the only folks out there enjoying "our fun."
Nevertheless, some of these RV's are so great: huge LCD screens,
marble and granite, and all the goodies. In no way do I envy
them..in fact, I just absolutely enjoy seeing seniors having a great
time enjoying their hard-earned money being out and about in their RV's.
It was a fun show. Similar to others I have seen but worth watching.
One couple had their Newell Pin-striped like a sideways IBM
suit....very cool.
