I do not know which fuse it was. Could be different on the '79.
I removed and cleaned them all.
If one fuse or terminal is dirty enough to stop working or is broken, checking & cleaning all seems like a good idea. It did not take very long. Do one color at a time so the right amp fuse goes back in. I used the Dremel tool with the small sanding drum and fine sand paper on it for the spring terminals. The lower terminals were cleaner, so I just sprayed some contact cleaner on them.
