Sorry to bog this down. I did two things. First, I cut and pasted the index which is interesting, but somewhat useless for me, but you should be able to see it using word or notepad. Second, however, is what I did (or do) for myself. Which is, copying the "file" into the group page maintains the HTML links from the index to the CD on my hard drive - so I can click on (for instance) "156 rear axle" and bingo, I have the pictures and words about that particular part and operation. Let me know your experience as I don't know why it worked before I went to Orange County, but was gone when I got home.
