Mike ;
Before anything else , pump some alcohol through your primer pump to get 100 % of the water out as one tiny droplet will blow out your injectors .
I too am thinking either clogged vent in the fuel cap or clogged in tank intake screen .
How full is the tank ? .
How clean was the clear plastic intake screen before the primer pump ? .
We'll get you going but careful testing & diagnosis it this point is critical else you'll chase your tail .

Battery is new. Fuel filter is new and prefilter is open. Car has sat in heated garage since and I have added 3 gallons of new fuel.
I removed the fuel pump and tested in a bucket of water and the primer pumped water in the bucket.
No fuel is coming to the engine when the bleeder screw is open.
I am thinking a blocked fuel line, not enough air in the tank but if anyone has any ideas please advise. Thank you so much for your help.
Mike
