ALL CAPS is very rude as it connotates yelling , please don't do it .
If you use a basic test light ,you can test the power to the glow plugs easily from the relay after you slide the cover off .
I highly suggest replacing all five as they tend to wear out in sets and be sure to insist on Monark brand glow plugs , not the crappy Bosch , Champion or Beru ones Pep Boys , Shucks , Auto Zone Et Al want to sell you .
