I messed up and didn't reconnect the kick down (air opening) connector (it was
just flopping around) and my linkage was coming apart. Luckily I caught it.
(AFter about a month of my wife complaining that the car was under powered after
I did a valve adjustment)However one of the hold down studs for my air cleaner
shroud just broke off (happily after I got the nut off.) It's only 12 bucks to
repair. Got it all back together(the car is much peppier now) but at full
throttle(I noticed while the air cleaner was apart)the air intake doesn't open
quite all the way when the throttle is pressed down all the way. Shouldn't at
full throttle it be 90° vertical? Lawrence Rhodes
