[diesel_mercedes] questions re resurrecting an older MB Diesel

 

I am considering adopting a 64 190D any suggestions for things I should look for? 1. where are the rustpoints that are most likely to cause problems? 2. it hasn''t been started for awhile, so aside from changing the oil and filters, would you suggest other stuff to do? (for example, should I squirt oil in the cylinders before cranking?) Thanks in advance for the advice
