I don't know what all is involved but I need it done , I simply cannot go on like this , at times I can barely walk and I pass out from the pain rather than go to sleep then the pain jolts me awake again with a shout ~ this scares SWMBO and it's not fair to her .

It's hot (100° F +) and muggy in Los Angeles right now , even @ 0-Dark:30 when I tottered out to my faithful Mercedes & rumbled it to life , roared up the Harbor Freeway ~ good thing my AC works well .
