Parking anywhere in Boston is for Cops , Fire Trucks and The BUS .

Lucky for him , there is a terrific Public Transport System , cheap and reliable , these days they even clean up the vomit almost daily .

Trust me , he has NO NEED for a private vehicle there .

I rather like Sommerville and Dorchester , both have good access to the 'T' , this is the light rail system that's been there since horse & buggy days and goes right to MIT so no worries .
