How about I drill cap,and take small pipe with plastic ball and crimp ends to keep ball from coming out.Then brazing it to fuel cap.Sort of a upside down pcv cap.

I'd recommend 'shielding' (like drill the hole behind some part that would
not allow a direct line for splashing fuel to the hole) the hole if you
drill the cap, or, find a high spot on the tank and put a tube with a "p"
trap configuration.

One Nate (L.A.) said not to adjust E brake at the cable.Why I've done
that and no problems.
Two on the Schuman forum I read were they say if your fuel tank is
building vacumm thats bad.I don't no where the tank vent is (126).
Can't I just drill a small hole in fuel cap? Done that on several cars
when charcoal canister goes bad.
